HOW WE WORK

Matching you with the right therapist is important. We start out by scheduling a complimentary visit or telephone call with one of our licensed therapists. This therapist will assess your needs, your goals for therapy, and your preferences.

COMMON QUESTIONS

We are open 7 days a week and offer evening and weekend appointments. Flexible hours that accommodate your schedule. We are conveniently located in midtown Manhattan. We also offer online therapy via secure video when convenient.
